AI divorce agreement analysis, with the clause cited
AI divorce agreement analysis in DivZen reads your own divorce agreement, parenting plan or court order once (10 credits), then answers your questions in plain English and shows the clause it relied on (1 credit each). Names are replaced with placeholders before text reaches the AI model. It is not legal advice.

What it reads
Custody agreements, divorce decrees, parenting plans and court orders, from any country. You can add more than one, and setup takes a minute or two depending on length. DivZen picks out the clauses, obligations, cost splits and key dates, and the rest of the app works from them: the calendar, expense checks and message drafts all use your terms.
What you can ask
Ask about your document in your own words. For example:
- "Who pays for the children's braces?"
- "How much notice do I need to give to swap a weekend?"
- "Which holidays do I have this year?"
Each answer is in plain English and points to the clause, so you can read the original wording yourself.
How your agreement is handled
Your data is encrypted with AES-256 and never sold. When you ask a question, the relevant text goes to the AI model (OpenAI) with names and personal details replaced by placeholders such as CHILD_1, and the real names are put back in the answer you see. Receipt images and audio recordings are sent unaltered, because details can't be removed from them. Your co-parent has no access to your account.
What it can't do
An AI reading can be wrong, and agreements can be ambiguous. DivZen tells you what your document says; it can't tell you how a court would read it or whether you should go back to court. Use it for everyday questions, and take the ones with real consequences to a family lawyer.
Questions
Is this legal advice?
No. DivZen is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. It explains what your own document says and shows where it says it.
Will my co-parent see my agreement or my questions?
No. Your co-parent has no access to your account unless you share your password, and DivZen doesn't contact them.
What does it cost?
Reading an agreement and asking questions use AI credits. The free plan comes with enough to read one agreement and ask questions, with no card. Current plans and credit costs are at divzen.co/pricing.
What if the answer looks wrong?
Read the clause it cites; the original wording is what counts. If the agreement is unclear, or the question matters, check with a lawyer before acting on it.
