An OurFamilyWizard alternative that works without your co-parent
An OurFamilyWizard alternative makes sense when your co-parent won't sign up or you mainly need your own records. DivZen works for one parent alone: it reads your divorce agreement or parenting plan, answers questions with the clause cited, tracks shared child expenses and keeps an incident log. The free plan includes 25 AI credits, no card.

How DivZen differs from OurFamilyWizard
OurFamilyWizard is built for two parents. Each of you has an account, and the two are linked in a shared family space. That works well when both of you take part.
DivZen is built for one. Your co-parent never needs an account, isn't invited, and can't see yours unless you share your password. You upload your own agreement, parenting plan or court order. DivZen reads it once (10 credits), then answers questions in plain English and points to the clause it relied on (1 credit each).

Where OurFamilyWizard is the better choice
- A court has ordered it. If your order names OurFamilyWizard, use it. OurFamilyWizard says judges in all 50 states order families in contested cases to use it. DivZen can sit alongside it for your own records.
- You want every message and call on one shared record. OurFamilyWizard messages can't be edited or deleted after sending, and its Max plan records and transcribes calls. DivZen doesn't message your co-parent at all.
- You want to pay each other in the app, or give your lawyer access. OFWpay handles payments for U.S. parents, and professionals get free access. DivZen records payments but doesn't move money.
- You want a native phone app. OurFamilyWizard has iPhone and Android apps; DivZen runs in your browser.
Questions
Can I use DivZen if my co-parent already uses OurFamilyWizard?
Yes. You can keep OurFamilyWizard for messages with your co-parent and use DivZen for your own side: checking what your agreement says before you reply, logging incidents and tracking expenses. A reply DivZen drafts can be pasted into OurFamilyWizard like any other message.
Will my co-parent know I use DivZen?
DivZen doesn't contact, invite or notify your co-parent. They have no access to your account unless you share your password. What you export or share is up to you.
Will a court accept DivZen records?
That's for the court to decide, and practice differs by place, so ask your lawyer. Exports on paid plans are tamper-evident, with a SHA-256 fingerprint anyone can verify at app.divzen.co/verify, which shows whether a file has changed since it was exported.
How is my information protected?
Your data is encrypted with AES-256 and never sold. Before text goes to the AI model, names and personal details are replaced with placeholders, then restored in the answer you see. Receipt images and audio are sent unaltered, because details can't be removed from them.
